This new feature includes a notification in the mOperations that informs housekeeping when a guest is in the restaurant. This allows for better management of room cleaning schedules. The feature is now live in all hotels using both the mDining and mOperations applications. As soon as a staff member checks in a guest in mDining, a notification will appear in mOperations for that specific room. Staff can easily view the check-in time and the number of guests, with notifications remaining visible for one hour.
