Kako funkcionira Smart Scales?

Sustav inteligentnih vaga primjenjuje se u kuhinjama u svrhu praćenja utroška i proizvodnje hrane u realnom vremenu. Cilj sustava je standardizacija procesa pripreme i proizvodnje hrane, koja će rezultirati značajnim smanjenjem troškova i otpada.

Svi se poslovni procesi evidentiraju u realnom vremenu putem IT sustava koji upravlja inteligentnim vagama dizajniranim za rad u kuhinjskim uvjetima.

Podsustav inteligentnih vaga je dio integriranog sustava koji se primjenjuje u hotelskim kuhinjama i prati sve vezane procese od nabave, dostave, kontrole kvalitete dobavljača/namirnica, obrade hrane do praćenja iznošenja gotove hrane gostima, te povrata neiskorištenog jela.

Sustav automatski računa količinu namirnica koje izlaze iz zaliha, čime se može pratiti potrošnja po svakom gostu i temeljem tih podataka i budućeg broja gostiju automatski planirati potrebe kuhinje.
